  • Do not open attachments nore click on links, images, videos, etc.
  • Contact the sender via any other communication channel (phone) to confirm the received request
  • Never communicate your password
  • Verify logo, spelling, signature and think about the relevancy of the message (too attractive, short delay notice to answer, personal information asked,etc.)
  • Contact your security team to report the phishing via the existing company process
